Paid-To-Click script editing

Hello, First of all, we like to start right now. We already have lost too much time by bidders who don't actually are series. Please only bid when you are serious in a long term work relation. Budget for now around 100 dollar. The job is to modify an existing Paid-To-Click script. (We have a valid licence of the script) -create simple and clean custom design. -remove(disable) some functions of the script. -add a few simple functions. Note: it won't be a real Paid to click site, we just need a few functions of the script. Requirements: -we want to be UPDATED about the changes and want to SEE it on a LIVE SITE, even If the project can be done in a few hours. -we want to have the ability of testing the full site before completing the project. Note: we are owning about 120+ domain names, at the moment, most of them are stil only domain names without a quality website.
