Professional joomla Designer is needed

Hello all, I am searching for a Professional joomla Designer to design my personal website in joomla. Description of needed work: 1- Form of the page: - Page heading and side-view will be similar to what you see in the following link but the side picture will be different. [login to view URL] - But the way the links will be divided into columns is from different template and you should find a way how to combine both. columns should be similar to this one: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2- Languages: - The page with almost the same content will be in three languages: English, German, and Arabic. that means when a user inters he can chose any of these languages to show all the content of the site in it. 3- Material to design: - All material (text and pictures) of the page are ready in these three languages so your job will not be finding the material but just building it in a joomla website. you can have an idea of the content of the site through this site which contains things which will be a part of the German section: www.hemaya.info. so most of the material of the site you will design are just texts in form of articles beside some less photos and some videos. -There are also 7 pictures which are 360 degree pictures and being opened as .exe. you should know how to make gallery for them to open them from my site. 4-Skype: -speaking via skype will be necessary to declare things at the beginning of the work. 5- Payment: please tell me how much it would cost and how the payment supposed to be. looking forward to hear from you, Ahmad
