Anonymous Web Surfing

I am looking for something like anonymizer, but I say that only as a reference, because we can do whatever, but it must be fresh and different from all the others. Anonymous web sufing is the main point here in any way. If you can fulfill this, or can help me, then let's talk. Please DO NOT bid for this project if the concept or idea is new to you.
