Online Bingo Software

Hello, We are currently looking for someone to develop online bingo software which will be tied in a website. We would like the program to be fairly customizable, changing of prize ammounts , items to be won per game, dollar ammounts for each bingo card and/or package of cards and such. Every bingo card should have its own ID and there must be no duplicates. You must know the rules of bingo and all the diffrent game types as 1 line , 2 line , blackout and such. The main server(s) must be able to run multiple games at the same time with games starting at every 5 or 10 minutes with none of them starting at the same time. A 3D image of the bingo room and person(s) playing/smoking would be great and a tumbler that shows the numbers coming out as well. Possibly make the mouse look like an ink dabber for self spotting numbers and a one click button on screen that will do it for them. A fully functioning chat server , some what of an integrated IRC pretty much. We are also looking for free game play and premium service for a fee play. The site must have vast admin options to ban , kick , credit accounts, change prizes and so forth. Full payment options tied into website and through the software to make it easy for everyone to access. We want to accept Credit Cards , paypal, eGold or any other major form of collecting money online. Entire site and software should have great encryption and security. Software and server must auto credit and debit accounts through our merchant accounts or whatever option the user has used to recieve payment. Currently we would also like a rough timeframe to get something up and going to start testing the software. Software must be made with growth in mind. When it starts we may have only a few games a hour but will hope it gets alot bigger. We currently have a user base of 3000 people on our site at this [login to view URL] job will more than likely lead to many follow up jobs to come after it is up and running. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Would prefer all Windows 98 and up if possible.
