Port Status Indicator

Everyday a bulletin is issued showing the status of ports in Mexico, Gulf side and Pacific side. They are presented as pdf files, with text that can be selected. In each bulletin there is a table, which is regular, it gives the status on each port: whether it is open/closed and how fast the wind is blowing etc. I would liek to display this information with icons on my website, updating on a regular basis.
