Socks proxy program

Please Read carefully, 1- I will accept the bid if you send me a working exe program that does all what I requested. 2- I will only accept visual basic 6 source code and offers. 3- Source code should be fully documented. 4- If you attach any dll or ocx files I should have the source code for them as well. Ok here what I want .. 1- I am after a program that can validate socks proxies socks4 and socks5 .. The validater should tell me if the proxy is a live , what version is it 4 or 5 and is it for public or not (require authentication or not).The program should be able to check more than one proxy at a time. I know vb6 does not allow multi threading but find a way to do without hanging the program maybe use array of winsocks. 2- The program should be able to set any Internet application to use the socks proxy specified. Either by drag and drop to my application or by choosing the exe application from its path. 3- The more ideas you put on it the better chance I accept your bid :).
