Stock Market Formula Server

Stock exchange Formula data server. I need a Http server that can: 1. Use an Database backend that stores historical prices for series. 2. Calulate a formula on time series ( simple algebra like (A+B) / (c - 2) where a,b and c are time series in the database. 3. Provide a DLL interface to: New,calculate, open, save, delete and edit the formulae. 4. Return the formula as a 2 'column' result, the datetime and price result array or, a multi-column result containing DateTime, all the series that were used in the formula and the result column. 5. Before each series is used in the formula, it can be massaged. For example we may only want part of it (date range), we may want to fill missing prices with a value or move it forward or back in time ( in order to allign columns). This massaging will be controlled from the formula editor. 6. Return the available dates for any series. 7. Return a list of corrections for a series ( stored in a seperate database) or formula request. 8. Server keep a 60 day log of all requests and actions. 9. We need to authenticate the user to allow us to control what series he can request this must be stored in a table. 10. The client will have a table containing a list of series the user uses regularly. This table is controlled by another application. 11. Use data compression to transmit as results can be large. 12. Contact sysop with errors or unauthorised data requests. 13. Use a customer table with user nanes & passwords and expiry dates. Also company/conact details 14. Provide a working Demo showing Delphi/Excel versions with all feature. Must be Written in Delphi 5. I will attach a doc file with more details later. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
