What Files Reg/Entries Does This Application Put On My Computer?

This is pretty simple project, but an important one that needs to be done exactly right. I need to track everything that happens during installation for a handful of programs. Specifically, I need to know: 1. Every file this created or changed on the system. 2. Every registry entry that is created or changed. 3. Every piece of information that is sent to the manufacturer's server during the installation process. I think the job could be accomplished with regmon, filemon, and a packet sniffing program. And some elbow grease. You should have experience with this kind of thing, as I really need this job done carefully and exactly.
