Adapt Old Wordpress Theme and Content to New Wordpress Theme

We have an existing website ([login to view URL]) that uses an older Wordpress theme. We purchased this new Wordpress theme ([login to view URL]) which we've installed here ([login to view URL]). We would like you to take all of the content (pages, posts, images, forms, slider content, etc.) from [login to view URL] and import/install it into the new theme [login to view URL] using your best judgement of how you feel the content should/could be adapted. We understand that it won't look exactly the same but we are looking for someone to do the majority of the transfer/adapting work so we can go in in the end and tweak things if we want it to look a little different. Make sure you check out the live preview of the new theme here ([login to view URL]) so you can see all of it's capabilities/shortcodes/etc. Also, upon accepting your bid, we will upload all documention, photoshop files, code, instructions, etc. that came with the new theme when we bought it so you have the easiest time customizing the theme for us.
