Hello! We are interested to build a FULL Responsive WP template that will have a admin panel(beside wordpress itself). We've maded this contest so we can keep in touch with the programmer while we start designing the template(so we don't have the design files yet). The niche will be: News/Magazine/Newspaper/Blog Here it is an exmple of what we want to do:(this is not ours, we just liked that and we need something similar but with our design PSD files) [login to view URL] So, this project we see it as it follows: 1. We negociate(but our budget won't be more than $200 so bid accordingly) 2. We award the project to the best experienced + the best low bid from your competitors 3. We make 100% milestone 4. We provide the PSD files 5. You start working for max 5-7 days 6. You provide the WP files, we check them and if they are according to the requirments, we pay in FULL(so no upfront payment).
