Limit the Customization options for site admins in a wordpress multisite network.

Background: (very important - please read cheerfully) 1. it’s a wordpress multisite network. 2. all sites on the network are using the customizr theme - [login to view URL] 3. All changes and customizations are done on a child theme. 4. All off the site admins on the network have very limited tech skills.  The Customizr theme is doing extensive use of the WordPress customizer – allowing for a lot of options.  The purpose of this project is to limit these options for the individual site admins in my network. I want to allow excesses to only 4 of the existing customizer options. I’m using a plugin to hide menu items that are not necessary – so I can hide the built in costomize menu (Appearance – Customize). I need to create the best one of the following options: Option one: (if it is possible) - to create a second ‘Customize’ that will include only the four (4) options I need (Logo, skin, Tagline and Social links) In this case you’ll have to make sure the second Customize will not conflict will the original theme Customize (that will be used by the networks super admin) All the info about the WordPress customizer in the Customizr theme you can get here: [login to view URL] The other option is to create a separate Options Panel and include only the following options Logo, skin, Tagline and Social links. If you can think of a better way to get what I need done P.S- The ‘Customizr theme’ is very well documented. The creator of the theme wroth you can override the entire customizer panel with your own options with the filter named: tc_customizer_map.
