Require Wordpress Affiliate Plugin

I need an affiliate program for my Wordpress website. The site is [login to view URL] . This is a custom theme based on the 2011 Wordpress theme. Due to the way my business works I cannot use one of the existing affiliate plugins and I therefore require someone to either build a new plugin for me that does the job, or modify an existing plugin so that it works to suit my business model. I need all of the usual functionality such as statistics on referrals from affiliates, an affiliate login page, an affiliate sign-up, an affiliate admin area showing their clicks and earnings etc and also somewhere I can place banner ads and linking codes [login to view URL] of this is fairly standard stuff but, due to the nature of my business, rather than use a shopping cart, my clients are required to request a quote and fill out some forms before money changes hands and work begins. Therefore the “sales” process is a rather manual one. Consequently I want the ability to add sales (the amount of client spend) under each affiliate manually. In other words when a client requests a quote using my online form, I want to be able to find out which affiliate member referred that client and then, if the client makes use of our services, I want to be able to assign the relevant value of the job to the referring affiliate. I would also like the ability to set a default commission percentage, but also to set a different percentage for individual affiliates in some cases. The plugin must also generate non-sequential affiliate codes, that are between 5-10 characters long, for each affiliate that signs up. I hope that all makes sense? As mentioned above, you may be able to use an existing plugin and make some changes. Ideally I’d like to use short codes to build the login, sign-up and admin areas. It’s not a problem though if that is not possible. Once I’ve accepted your bid I will place the full amount of the agreed price in escrow. I’ll release 20% of the value upon completion of the job and the remainder once I’ve tested it and signed it off.
