Wordpress/Aweber Dynamic Email Content

I have a wordpress site using Aweber as my email provider. I capture email addresses via an Aweber subscription form using my product titles as hidden custom fields in the form - these are passed to my Aweber account and stored alongside subscriber details. As my product prices change regularly I'd like to automatically email prices to my subscribers on a regular basis (once a month). This will require using the hidden custom field containing the product name to query my product mysql database to find the price. Then the price will need to be added to the body of my email dynamically. I am assming this will all need to be done through the Aweber API and bidders with experience will be favoured.
