Wordpress Plugin - Private WooCommerce

This is a basic plugin that must integrate cleanly into Wordpress and cleanly into the WooCommerce plugin ([login to view URL]) without any modifications to the Wordpress/Woocommerce core of any kind. The plugin needs to do a few simple things: - Adds a "Company Name" (optional) to the wordpress / WooCommerce registration page. - Allow customers to be able to sign up to the website as they can already with the WooCommerce plugin. Upon signing up they have no access to products or the shopping cart until they're approved vendors. - Admins to approve memberships - Only approved members have access to the shopping cart / product functionality of the website. - Admins should be able to take away approval at any time to remove user access from the shopping cart. Essentially it allows you to run a reseller only that the admins have control of. Please understand both Wordpress and WooCommerce as this plugin needs to extend the functionality of WooCommerce which then in turn extends the functionality of Wordpress. It should be modular and written specifically for WooCommerce and can not remove or break functionality in WooCommerce or Wordpress.
