Fix 2 very small wordpress problems I am having

I have Wordpress installed with Thesis Theme, and a free skin - Thesis Sharp. I am having 2 SMALL problems, that I need fixed. 1) The header image is not showing up. I want it to appear on every page, centered and balanced. 2) I have a button image I need added to the first post. That is ALL for this project. I have a SMALL budget ($5.00 USD) for this project, because it is so SIMPLE and QUICK. I am however looking for someone that is GOOD with Wordpress so we can work together on other projects. I have 10-15 sites I am converting to Wordpress in the next few months. Please forward your Wordpress experience - and any Wordpress example sites you have full credit for. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform This is the CMS - Wordpress 3.0.1 with Thesis 1.8 with the Sharp Skin for Thesis Theme.
