Joomla developer (PHP/mySQL)

I need an experienced Joomla developer (module, components, mambots) to assist me in understanding how to write modules, components, and mambots. I have numerous such jobs and am looking for a team of developers. However, we will bid on one job at a time, so please make contact. I will set you a series of tasks and you will help me to identify the best way to accomplish those tasks and I will pay you on an agreed job-by-job basis. The first job is to create an admin script where the admin can upload a csv file containing username data in the format "FirstName", "LastName", "Email Address". This data would be loaded into the system and requests sent to those people to create an account on the system. The user would click a link and then be taken to the login script where they could join up with the relevant fields (first name, last name, and email) autopopulating. We would collaborate closely on such things and you would have an instance of Joomla on your servers and package the code so that I can easily upload it to Joomla and get my system working. I'm using Joomla 1.0.9 and look forward to working with you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. c) Work done must be packaged in a format where Joomla 1.0.9 can install the deliverables as a module, component, and/or bot (as required by the work done). The test of completion is that uploaded code via the Installers menu in Joomla admin works as specified in each individual request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
