Joomla 1.0 to 1.5 template conversion

As I don't have time to do deal with this my self I'm passing it over here. Joomla 1.0 Template needs to be converted into a native 1.5 template including insructions on how to modify the template to the users requirements (should be easy as current 1.0 instructions will be included within the supplied zip file.) Insructions must explain to user how to edit & change ALL aspects of the template, please use the included 1.0 instructions as a guide.) Upon accepting the job, the coder will be sent the template. The coder must be able to show the template working on their own joomla install & then remove it.
