photo book web application

Looking for a jQuery/CSS/Javascript/html Guru who can produce an html application for online photo book like <[login to view URL]>. what's requested here is HTML mockup that have a working jQuery, CSS so when I bring this into a browser (IE, Firefox, opera, or Chrome) the links work and the text editing works and the photo manipulation works and adding an element like photo or text works. Also, please include standard text editor buttons and standard photo editing buttons. IMPORTANT= do not concern yourself with page flipping feature OR Store Front OR User Management... that's a separate phase and is not included in this bid. NOTE = please do not concern yourself with any other technologies and do not worry about user management and actual appliaction working in any particular environment. no database is required for this phase. Please provide as much detail about your work/project experience as well as any screenshots if available.
