Simple TextMarks API SignUp Page

We own a number of TextMarks, which we use as part of our marketing efforts.? TextMarks are keywords under the 41411 cell phone number, which allow individuals and businesses to provide texting programs for free. We want to create a page where a user can enter his or her phone number and select TextMarks from a checkbox list, then click “Submit?? to subscribe to each of the textmarks.? We have signed up for a TextMarks API key, which allows us to programmatically access TextMarks data and functionality. Although this project should be simple, we have no formal programming experience, so we do not know how to use the API in code.?
