Three HTML/CSS Templates Set up for Presentation

I need three templates that I have purchased to be set up and converted with graphics that I will provide for a presentation on a new website for a client. All three templates are different in nature. Each one has to be adapted to mimic or show the client what their content "could" look like. Some structural changes may be required.. a few that are for sure include: resizing of the logo, adding a new nav bar (with clients info), resizing dummy graphics that I will provide for visual feel and an accurate presentation. This job is for someone who has an expert in adapting a template with different content. I am looking for an XHTML/CSS expert. ## Deliverables HTML/CSS must be delivered in viewing/working format. All graphics and CSS must be compliant with web 2.0 standards and XHTML. Coder will adapt all three templates with content provided.
