Add some design elements to an existing Genesis site + modify mobile menu (revised)

This is a re-posting of this project. Viirtually all bids were blind canned bid, close to the upper price of $250, thus driving up the price of a small project. If you are one of the few bidders who are actually taking the time to read this - do not bid until you have read the spec and discussed the requirements - then place your bid - which I expect will be over $30. This project is for developers with experience in the following: Design Skills Genesis Theme Hooks CSS including Media Queris Desirable skill: Dynamik Child Theme. If you do no have experience with the main skills above it is unlikley you will be able to do this work, if you do have the skills it will be easy. The project has 2 main tasks to modfy an existing Genesis / Dynamik template site: 1. Implementa different design (colors, buttons, shadows etc) - you need to suggest improvements to a partial design already created 2. Change the operation of the default Menu and Child Page menu below 769px -Add a 'slide' feature so that Parent Page and Child Page menus slide the main page content left and present a drop down list of parent / Child pages.
