Automated Facebook upload of video with user message and location link

I have a webpage [login to view URL] This page allows the visitor to post a message, our link and image to the users facebook timeline after they have logged into facebook. It connects to our facebook app via php using facebook graph api. Instead of posting image we need: A button that when clicked looks for an attached memory card with a specified name. If the memory card is not located it asks for the memory card to be attached. If the memory card is found it shows all the videos on the memory card that are within the Facebook video upload limits in a gallery, preferably with a play button to preview. The user then chooses the video and uploads with message and link. A progress bar while uploading and complete message when posted.
