Blogsite with Wordpress on Synology DS1513+

I have a Synology DS1513+. I want to run Wordpress on it in combination with the IOS app for iPad "Blogsy" within my domain "www,[login to view URL]" Language Synology = Dutch I want the following functionality: (1) Synology has Startcom Class 1 Primary Intermediate Server CA (2) Installation of Wordpress on Synology fails (not able to configure the right way) (3) I want to upload photo and video to Synology (I use DSfile app of Synology for this) (4) I want Blogsy to make use of photo and video on Synology (5) Wordpress site must be blocked from search engines (6) Wordpress site must use template that can be used on iPad, iPhone and Android (7) Wordpress template can also be bought (probably not necessary to develop one) (8) Visitors on the blogsite must apply for account before they get access (9) An account for visitors have a password (first generate, than user can choose its own) Further details can be discussed.
