Same for air tickets • User ratings for services • Contact the travel agent • Share 2. Tarvel Agent Module: • Company Management • Upload Logo • Branch management • Search User, create user, change password • Fix or Change user level and rights • Develop User levels to provide access for users, travel agent representatives. • Manage Markups • Credit Limit Reminder • Check booking status, cancel booking and send notification to users. • Check Vouchers, Invoices, commissions, user ratings • Option to show and hide commissions and mark up • Option to check bookings which are on deadline • Option to send detail and upload receipt for the admin • Option to check bookings made by employees and cancel any booking 3. Features of admin module a) Agent control master • Activate or deactivate, add or remove travel agents • Manage deposits accounts, change commissions or incentives for agents • Check the number of agents online • Check an agent’s work diary • Option to add or edit Markups for each agent • Option to check bookings done by agent and his employees • Backend profile management of staff, employees • Backend profile management to control travel agent’s information and transaction b) Call Center and agent access level • View daily activity of himself • View and search customer profiles for booking, updating or following • Dashboard and search function for all sub websites’ booking and activities c) Markup Master • Default markup to control going above or below a markup • By hotel from specific supplier • Adding/Updating service fees, adding/updating cancellation fees • Creating rate masters, identify the minimum profit by volume and power percentage d) Currency Control • Add or control currency • Change exchange rate and manage currency range e) General features • Change or Add banners and advertising • Option to send notices to agents • Post new offers to agents
