Build a Website

Hi, The site is a nanny recruitment/family matching online business. I require some assistance please to polish of my new website. I have purchased my theme, called Kleo 4.0.8 and purchased a variety of wordpress plugins of which are not yet loaded into the theme/site. There are a couple of elements I cannot complete that are critical to the site. Particularly the user profile creation/log in. It needs to be particular. I have found a few, but I'm not entirely sure they would be right for the job. The theme has one, but I haven’t yet explored if it’s functionality will do the job. It needs a register-log on page on the home page of the website. As well as a link to register on the information page of the family and a link to register on the information page of the nanny. This link will direct them to the registration page. When the nanny or family registers, an email must be able to be sent to the Business email address automatically, for admin approval. I should be able to then access the business email to click approve and an email will be automatically sent to them to advise they now are registered successfully. The registration information that is to be completed by the family or the nanny, is NOT what is in the section for the profile creation. It is only viewable to me being admin, so that I may be able to contact them directly. The profile that is viewable by anyone is a separate thing. I will provide information fields that I would like to be included in the Au Pair Registration page as well as the Family Registration page. I will need you to then create the template and integrate into the website. Would there need to be some sort of data base in the background to hold the data from the completed registrations and also the completed profiles???????? How will the site hold all of the data/information? The profile that the family or nanny creates, needs to start with a template of headings and information fields to be filled out by the person of whom is registering. As well as an ability to load photos that are viewable by other registered users. In the information section of the profile they are able to NOT to be able to input a last name, an email address or phone number, or any other means to be able to be contacted directly by another person. It is just to be first name only and hobbies/experience etc. The reason for this is that a family should not be able to contact the nanny directly, nor the nanny contact the family directly, as I facilitate the process and charge a fee upon interview and placement of the nanny to the family. So no direct contact details viewable to each other even once registered, not even facebook/linkedin etc. This is crucial. I will provide the information that I would like to be included in the profile creation template and I will then need you to create this feature and integrate it into the website. After a person registers, is approved by admin and is up and running, the person is then able to log in at any time and edit their profile with new photos/information. All updates for the theme need to be completed. I’m unsure as to how to do this? Maybe if you can teach me? It needs to have social media links on the home page – twitter/facebook/google plus/pinterest/youtube. It needs to have a slideshow of pictures on the front page. I’d like for the information to default to English, but for anyone from another country to be able to click on the homepage somewhere and be able to view the text in another language.
