Hi, what I need done is maybe unusual kind of website but I believe there are people here able to do it. I need a website where people would be able to create virtual credit cards to use for internet payments. The only site offering such service right now is entropay.com. There are some more sites with similar services but with much more complicated registration and verification process so [login to view URL] is basically the only site where you can create an account load it with your physical credit card or bank transfer and start using the virtual card for online payments in less than 10 minutes. To avoid explaining everything in detail you can visit [login to view URL] and basically what I want is a site that will work in exactly the same way. Of course, in the beginning I'm not expecting even 0.1% of custommers and transactions that entropay has so the site could be much more simple-designed and could be hosted with a regular hosting provider like godaddy or similar. I have no experience with webdesign but have good IT knowledge in general and I've done some research and found out that this should not be to complicated to create because there are many companies offering API's for such kind of website so basically you would only need to design the site and integrate API that would do all the background job (processing "Top up" transactions, creating virtual card, assigning $/€-amount to the virtual card, security etc). For example Entropay is run by "ixaris" ([login to view URL]) but there are other companies offering the same services. Here are some API providers I found that could be used for creating my website but of course I expect you to have more knowledge about this and come with your own suggestions on how to make this work. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This is just an idea right now so I don't expect the project to be done superfast and will need to discuss every detail before we start working. The most important thing for me is that site is simple and clean, creating vcc process is simple, fast and secure (use 3D security/ Verified by visa / MSCC) but as I said earlier I believe that all that stuff is performed by API provider so your main job is to find and obtain good API for this purpose (maybe even the same one that entropay uses) and integrate it with the site you designed. You are welcome to offer an APPROXIMATE price for creating such website so I can get an idea about the cost and if the price is acceptable I will contact you to discuss details. Please apply for the job only if you have experience creating similar sites associated with payment transactions and you are 100% sure you have the skills and knowledge needed to get the job done on your own without big complications! You are also welcome to provide some examples of similar sites you created before!

Hello Last 8 years I have been used ASP.NET MVC and WEBAPI - they were mostly used for web sites. Some projects were developed for web and mobile devices, via Web services and using SignalR library we adopt them under iOS and Android. In a project where client required high performance I utilize Redis framework to optimize storage and access to sensitive information. I prefer to work with MS SQL,but als know MySQL and postgre. I have been working with all version starting from 2005 server. I like to design DB model first and then code it. MS Visio or ErWin are used for designing, for small projects - MS Studio. I most work with Google API reports - they powerful and easy to use, but in one project, I utilized Crystal Reports to extract data from OLAP storage and display 3rd dimension view. I have very little experience with DevExpress, but I am an expert in Infragistics and telerik, so maybe I can persuade you to use them. Programming is my passion. I am well organized, can work along or within a team. I prefer small and medium projects, but large is also good. I like to work dedicated on one project only without switching on other tasks.
