Build a Website

I have a website which computes the present value of money. I have a file from which the rates are read and used as input to the calculator. When I change these rates in the file, the calculator is not reading the changes and making the adjustments in the output. Please visit the website at [login to view URL] and take a look at it. Also, I'm looking to have the following changes made as well: Change #1 ‘Find Out Now’ push button should not be used as the login button. This button should only be used to get new users to join the site. If an existing user presses this button, they should be directed as usual to enter their email address. If this email address exists, user should be instructed to login to the system using their existing email address and password. Change #2 Please add a login button under the email and password text boxes. This button should be used only to login existing users. Change #3 Change ‘Lost Password?’ to ‘Forgot Password?’. Change #4 When the rates are changed, the new rates are not reflected in the calculations of the appraisal amounts. Please fix this. Change #5 I plan to use the website to link content twitter and facebook. So, I would like to have twitter and facebook feeds embedded to my website please.
