Build a Website

I would like a landing page to be built to capture leads. My budget for this project is about $50 or so. The form submission should either send an email to me or submit the form details into a database for me to review later. The landing page should be high quality and should have the elements listed below. It should also look similar to either of the two websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Landing page elements: Logo – identify the business  Headline – Explain the unique campaign proposition o How does this page relate to the ad?  Offer – Explain the value customer will receive o The offer might be part of the headline  Descriptive copy – Explain the offer/product/service o Bullet points or blocks of text  Product presentation – Visually show the product o Image, video, or demo  Call to action – Tell the user what to do next o Link, form, or button  Confidence building – Reinforce reasons to purchase o Testimonials, examples, 3rd party validations  Contact information – Provide info on how the user can contact you o Address, phone number, hours, etc.  Links to more information – Enable users to convert later if they’re not ready  Template elements – Include standardized information or design elements
