I need a multi user level SaaS web application using MySQL as the back-end database. Web app is for the security guard industry. App description Security guards on a predetermined patrol path will have an app on a phone or tablet and tap the phone or tablet to an NFC/RFID tag which will cause the app to load the web app and pass it a unique location ID. This location ID will be logged in the database along with other pertinent information (timestamps etc.) and ask the guard if they want to file any reports for the location which the web app will email out. As the guard moves along the patrol path, the web app should aid by letting the security guard know the next location. Data collected during these patrols can then be displayed to managers/clients.
