Community Gaming Website

I want the website to be able to connect to Facebook as a way for people to login and or if they don't have an account i want them to be able to create an account on the website. i need a page that has a chat room for those that are members of the website. I want for each member to have their own profile page and allow them to edit it with their information and pictures. I want a page that has a gallery with an option for each member to add photos to it and for people to know who put the photo in the gallery. I want a page that has forums and make it to where i can give permissions to those that i want to help me run the website. on the profile page i would like to show under their username if they are a member, admin etc,.. i would like their title there. On the home page i would like a slide show on the bottom of the game that is linked to the gallery. there is more that i want down but i will explain it more in detail to whoever gets the job.
