Create a Wordpress Template like houzz.com

Pretty self-explanatory if you read the project name. I have a home and garden magazine and I would like to build a directory style website so my advertisers can post listings for their company and projects they've done and pay a monthly subscription for the service. Advertisers should also have the ability to post blogs. Advertisers pages should have links to everything they post, including other listings, projects and blogs. I would like searchable tags that I create, not editable by author. The company (author) logo should appear on every listing (this does not include blogs). Likewise, I would like to have readers search, read, comment, and pin articles, companies and projects that they like to their wall, or profile, or whatever... They would need to register and login in to be able to comment and pin. There should also be a menu item for our company articles, which will include several categories. My company is in Phoenix, Arizona and as such the site should be completely built in American English, with the US dollar as the currency. I do not care if you build this theme from scratch or modify another. I know I've seen many themes that very closely resemble what I want, but I will need someone to alter them to meet my criteria.
