I can give access to my source control system, to see commits as they are made, giving you visibility into my work. I prefer to work in a milestone model, with deliverables attached to milestones. This reduces risk for both of us, and clearer visibility into progress on the project.

- You want the code in PHP
- You want a series of highly adaptable OOP classes for your simulation
- I do not need to directly touch the rest of your code, I can provide an interface which you will implement into your overall game
- I do not need to provide any UI/Visual design
- My simulation will provide output as well as step-by-step
- You will provide models for each unit type needed and the rules associated
- You will provide sample data
