Hi, I have a custom CMS that uses a custom PHP/MySQL rating system. It is currently being abused due to the fact that you can leave as many ratings as you like - I would like it to be cookie based/IP based. Or something that prevents them from simply refreshing the page and being able to rate it again. More info can be supplied once accepted. NEEDS TO BE STARTED RIGHT NOW, AND COMPLETED ASAP. If that is not possible for you, do not bid.
