Develop a fully responsive website using premium theme

Hi I run a SEO company and regularly require websites to be developed for my clients. I have already got more than 50 websites developed and understand how much time and efforts it takes for such a project, so please quote accordingly. I need a fully responsive and complete website to be developed for a security guards company. The color scheme needs to be Black, golden and little red. I will provide reference link for inspiration. It has to be very classy and upmarket with cool mouseover effects on navigation menu and images. You can use a premium theme from themeforest etc. and edit it to make it suitable for my requirement. To get selected, pls show me a mockup of home page and innerpage. The nav links I need are Home, About Us, Services, Prices, Employment, Contact Us Under Services there would be few sub pages like - Security Guards - K9 unit - Loss Prevention - Construction Site Security - Party security - Event Security - Crowd Controllers - Retail Security - Mobile Patrols My budget is around $100 including the premium theme licence.
