All three points will be adhered to and also the code will be designed to run on distributed architecture. The run time and performance would depend on the configuration of the cluster though. Can you please let me know the exact specs of the Spark function that you wish to develop? For e.g., 1. the input params to the function (assuming two sparse matrices), 2. the specs for function body (assuming simple multiplication of the two matrices) and 3. the return value of the function (assuming it is the output matrix) Once the specs are clear, I will be adjusting the bid to match with the efforts.
