Booking script modifications

I have that script and its heavily modified [login to view URL] I cant contact with the programmers previously modified that script. I'm looking for a good programmer with the best bid. For the exact installation of the url plz let me know. 1) Update booking section doesn't show all the service locations. 2) In admin panel add booking it should show turkish translation currently it shows it in english. 3) It's added a break after each tour which is set from services settings. But this break shows up in emails and daily schedule. For example we book a tour for 20:00 to 22:00 but it shows as 20:00 to 22:30. I want system to show exact tour times without adding after times to tours. 4) I will send you a list of 7-8 digits for credit cards. When a user enters a credit card starting with those digits. It will slide open a new select buttons. Users will select installments as 2-3-6 and it will post that value to credit card procssors' installment field. I also want a section for me to update that list if i need to 5) I want an inventory system. I will add items and numbers from admin panel such as 100 Beers, 30 Cola, and other user login will only be able to only deduct the number. And system will be able to show how many new units entered or deducted if i enter a date. And it will also show how many of each items deducted in reports section monthly weekly etc. 6) I want an expense tracking system. User account and admin account will be able to add expenses but they will be listed differently. Admin will be able to see user account expenses but user will not be able to see admin expense list. 7) I want you to add profit to reports section. Which will show total earnings - total expenses. 8) And if its possible please use charts in reports sections.
