I want to build a fitness app that allows a customer to follow a fitness program. The app needs to contain video clips of exercises, pre written workout plans for them to choose from , a diary to remind them of their workout history, reminders when to move up to the next level of intensity. When performing the workout program i want a real time clock counting down the time limit, a pre recorded video showing the exercise and a voice counting down from 5 seconds and informing what the next exercise will be. I want it to be a subscription app, people get to choose how long they subscribe to the app for and so will need to take reassuring payments off customers

Is paypal fine as the payment gateway for the customer subscription. Do you want to upload the videos to your server or use nonlisted youtube ones? We could develop a secure web admin to manage those details.
