I need a web developer who can build SEO/SEM ready websites in cloud. With possiblity to use same code base for mobile app development. Website will be a marketplace for services and we will share details once someone picks up the job. · The system needs to be developed in a way that the code can be used for future iOS/Android app development. · Ideally, the website needs to be hosted in Cloud for usage in Pakistan (Pakistan is the target for phase 1; later the website may be introduced in other countries) · The website needs to be SEO enabled and should land in the first two or three when searched · The website needs to look professional and should be optimized for load times · Logo design/branding should be included in the quote · Admin page/dashboard should be included in the quote · Not everyone in Pakistan uses a CC, hence the admin should have options to activate/de-activate accounts based on payments · The system should allow the admin to enter/manage the payments made by users · The system should allow the admin to enter/manage/request the reviews shared by the users
