Call Php Encoder software

I need a php script that will allow users to upload zip files, and unzip them and call a php encoder to do the encoding, than allow the users to download the encoded file. You do not have to build the encoder, or the zip uploader, If you would like to build the zip uploader let me know your additional price. Features: 1. Users: each user is required to signup, and gets X free project encode (Where X is the number of times I set in the admin panel a user gets free for signing up) 2. Admin: Admin can delete,add and change the number of project encodes someone gets 3. Paypal: be able to add a item that consist of three fields Price and Number of encodes and name Price: The amount Number of encodes: How many encodes are they buying Name: Name of the item Once a user purchases they get those encodes added to their account If you have any questions let me know
