Cloud Based Texting Platform

I need a bid on a cloud based texting platform with the following requirements. Please separate bids by phase Phase 1 • Clean UI is important • Easy upload/import of excel or csv file with list of numbers, names without having to format columns. Just browse to file and upload. • Cross reference and validate mobile numbers parse out landlines but do not delete them, create a separate list and automatically put in landline group. • Create groups, view list all groups, search functionality, export groups • To send messages: Select a phone number from drop down Select group to send to from drop down Select template to use from drop down (with a preview pop up) or create a unique message. Have one click button to insert {First Name} into messages for personalization Character count and message count during message creation • Send texts via email to eliminate costs per text. • Ability to send a very high volume of per broadcast message is a must. • Define messages sent per hour min of 100 per hr • Ability to watch active campaigns in progress. Such as 10 of 100 complete, completed number “10” in green, total number in list “100” in grey, and failed number in red. Click on red failed and see the numbers which failed. • Easily create message templates for future use • Drip text campaigns to groups, schedule numerous messages to be sent and select date & time include how many days option so 1st message sent Day “1”, 2nd message sent on Day “3” etc. Select templates for messages or create unique message. • Inbox to see all messages sent/received, ability to reply, move to a group, delete, archive search functionality. • Integrated auto responders templates for such things as compliance i.e. text stop will generate a confirmation response text that user has been removed. Phase 2 • Admin Tab – Ability to add other users to the platform • Create new users, disable users, reporting functionality on usage such as number of texts sent for a given time period.
