First, we need to decide what extension is suitable; I need confirmation this would be sufficient to carry this out: [login to view URL] Background: We are a UK based company using Magento. 95% of our customers are from the United Kingdom. We use Parcelforce and Fedex as our delivery partners. For standard UK customers, we offer customers FREE standard delivery or a next day delivery option for £2.99. When a customer is based for example in the Scottish Highlands & Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly & Isle of Wight, it completely changes the pricing dynamic and delivery options. The problem: Delivery costs Scottish Highlands & Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland & The Irish Republic will be charged a surcharge (price details below). We need to charge the customers the correct amount for these locations/Post Codes. We are offering delivery services to these locations by two delivery companies (FedEx and Parcelforce). FedEx will delivery UK Delivery Next Day Delivery and 3-7 day Economy (excluding areas above). Parcelforce will delivery Scottish Highlands & Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland & The Irish Republic on an Economy 2-3 day service. The solution: When a customer initiates the checkout process, we need to ensure: The correct delivery services are available to be selected dependant on the customer's postcode. The correct amount is charged on top of the order depending on what post code is entered. On the checkout, ONLY the services that are applicable to the customer's postcode should be shown. The only time two shipping options will be available is when they send by FedEx for Free Shipping or Next Day delivery. Scottish Highlands & Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland & The Irish Republic will only show one shipping option and price If you require any more information or clarification, please ask.
