I need someone to convert my current LAMP based app (build using custom PHP framework MVC and Smarty) to be converted into Progressive Web App that is responsive; mobile friendly. Here is a link to the cloud console : [login to view URL] This is backend of for my android app Kids Place Remote Control [login to view URL] You will also need to install main app for which the above app is remote control: [login to view URL] Besides PWA conversion, I also need following: 1. UI/UX improvements so that elements are organized intuitively and user friendly. 2. A notification system (using firebase) so that parents can get notification from service to their device via PWA app. This should be easy to configure and extensible so that logic to send future notifications can be added easily. Please check the backend app and client apps before responding. Thanks
