Create a WordPress Plugin for Invoices

Hello devs! I need a WordPress plugin with the following requirements: I need to have a panel in admin site where I can create a kind of invoice for electronic devices repairs and tracking the device status. So, I will need to create, see a list, delete and update invoices info, this plugin needs to have the following fields: - Client name - Client cellphone - Client address - Client email - Device description - Device brand - Device serial/code - Invoice number - like primary key - - Invoice token - random characters 8 length - - Invoice status - Youtube link: When you save a new invoice the plugin should send an email to admin and client mail, also when status changes for example from on review to repair or ready to pickup. The email should contain an url with the home website and parameter token so clients can see invoice status when they want, example: [login to view URL] Clients don't need to be logged to see invoice, just admins need to be logged to modify invoices from wordpress admin panel. I just need that, database should be the same that the website, just need a new table as others plugins do when the user installs it, this plugin should be installed like a normal plugin, I don't want wrapped php code in a section, I need a normal plugin. I don't need payment process, just get devices tracked by clients and edit the info in the admin panel. I'm already a dev but I don't have time to create this plugin, then I want a dev with experience with WordPress plugins and good english or spanish skills, don't apply if you don't have experience creating WordPress plugins, I need this plugin ready in 7 days.
