Create a WordPress Template

I want a Simple, Light weight, responsive WordPress template, for a text only story website. Needed features 1) Topbar- with social links and search 2) Header with Logo (Image) and navigation ( Attached a sample for the same) 3) Mobile navigation should be Slideout menu. 4) Homepage Should have a feature to navigate to the main category (Main parent category) 5) Should list latest post on home page, 6) Should contain tag cloud in footer or side bar. 7) Every page should have a section for short description. including home page and category page, Home page will show the description of the website, category page will show the description of category 8) Side bar should list out top stories from selected categories . 9) Every post in the latest post of home page main section should show Author name, Tags, Comments count, Views count 10) Views count should not effect the server performance, better fetch the data from google analytics on a regular interval. 11) An option for news letter subscription 12) Other pages : Category pages, Post single, Author page, Contact us page ( only a contact form), Post submission page ( viewers can submit post ). 13) Should be extremely SEO friendly 14) Should feature Malayalam font ( google Malayalam font) 15) should able to change logo, favicon, social media links and color of the website from theme options.
