Customization on Wordpress Listeo theme

Looking for customization on WordPress Listeo theme, available on ThemeForest. Looking for someone who has the ability to write simple clean code and it does not conflict with functionality and upcoming updates of the theme. 1. Need to add appointment dates on commission data and due now balance according to the date on the backend
 2. Able to send one of the listing field data via email after the order is placed, the field is already added on the backend.
 3. Download appointments in CSV file from the user dashboard according to appointment status
 4. Make events reoccurring, label past events as passed, and stop processing transactions. And add an interested counter on the event listing. I will give you access to the site which has a clean Listeo theme loaded on it and once you are successfully implemented the solutions then it will be applied to the live site. But first, you will work on the rough site and once we are clear then we will implement on live site.
