Duplicate an iPhone application for disconnected data collection and transfer.

In order to be considered for this contract you will need to read this document completely, answering the specific questions. I require a Developer to create an application for Android including PHP RESTful communication with the server, photo capture, email, PDF generation on the device for both Phone and Tablet size. Please nominate the base Android version you would use and why. I am the developer of the iPhone app and will supply all the icons, logos and SVG images, in the appropriate sizes. The colour codes for various colours on the screen will also be supplied. I will supply the details of the application as a series of screen shots with detailed notes on the behaviour, events and background processes required. The application needs to be able to store data locally, do calculations on the data and transmit the data to the server on demand and if required, delete the details from the local device. The application needs to be able to update the original details on the server if they are changed on the device. Describe what is required by any programmer to be able to do this. The device camera will be required to capture images which are to be stored on the application but not shared in the device photo library. The images are must be transferred to the server and remain "attached" as part of a Parent Child structure on the server. The ability to capture signatures through "sign-on-glass" either natively or via canvas is required. The signatures must be stores in image format and transmitted as PART of the record to the server in BASE-64 encoding. Please explain how you would do this. The application consists of 8 activities, including text display, data capture, signature capture, photo from camera and data upload to server. This is an urgent and real project requiring a committed resource for the time to develop. Indicate your commitment to this project in hours per day. Please describe the methodology to be used, the time frame to complete the tasks and the costing. What libraries will be used? Some icons will need to be disabled during the process of the application until the appropriate data has been collected. Four (4) screenshots from the current application have been included for your consideration. I am looking for a fast, reliable resource for this and other future jobs. My expectation is that this is a relatively simple job for an experienced Android programmer and so have set the budget accordingly, however, this is negotiable. Please convince me of your worth.
