Evaluation of code submitted by ghosting former developer + Evaluation of the feasability of setting up a Waves cryptocurrency token casino with little capital - 29/04/2018 20:46 EDT

Preamble: Last year, I have hired a developer on Freelancer to create a Waves cryptocurrency token casino. He wanted to transact outside of the Freelancer.com system as he said the payment through the latter takes to long. During the following weeks and months I sent him Bitcoins in the value of around $10K, before he ghosted me about two months ago. Before that, he delivered some code for the Waves token casino he claimed was coding to my specifications. $500 were his pay. He claimed that the rest of the amount above is needed for the so called "Master Wallet" (One Bitcoin), for a node server to the tune of around $2K (I don't remember the exact amount) and a server security certificate for $500, to be paid every year. With this project, I am looking for two things: 1. I need someone who is in the know about cryptocurrency coding, more specifically the Waves cryptocurrency ([login to view URL]), most specific a Waves cryptotoken casino, to check if the source code delivered to me has anything to to with my what I wanted (Waves Cryptotoken casino) or if he just sent me gibberish to fool me into thinking he really is a "Blockchain engineer" doing actual work. Maybe he was and he is not ghosting me and instead something happened to him. He is online from time to time, but stopped answering. 2. I need an evaluation if it is possible to code a Waves cryptocurrency token casino without the need of aquiring $7000 worth of Waves to run a node to be able to use token, not Waves as transaction fees. If it is possible, the casino has to have two modules: I) The basic casino system where you can chose on which Waves token it runs, with four games, those beeing Roulette, Dice, Blackjack and a classic Slot. II) The ability to offer the basic casino to interested people in a franchise model, where there are no upfront costs for running a franchise casino with your desired token, but where I get 25% of the gross of every. An affiliate program so to speak. I also want to run an instance of this casino software for every Waves token I have created so far (three in total) by myself. It also should be possible to either use [login to view URL] as URL or to set up a domain like wavestokencasino.com. The use of a domain must be possible through setting the respective nameservers at the registrar of your choice (I use [login to view URL]). Also very important is the evaluation where such a casino can be hosted without infringing any laws. Conclusion: This whole project is intended to clear up the mystery of the former coder I hired and to evaluate the feasability of coding a Waves cryptocurrency casino to the specifications detailed above. If the latter is found doable, there will be a follow-up project here on freelancer for the actual coding. But right now, I only need a profound evaluation as stated above. I won't work with anyone outside the Freelancer.com system this time, and as I sent almost all my funds to the previous freelancer, I will only be able to post the follow up project near the end of summer, when I should have accumulated around $1000 for payment.
