Expert PHP programmer for quick bug fix (1-2 hours expected)

The site [login to view URL] normally creates websites (sites in the server) and ftps various files. It was working fine until yesterday at 2/3 pm. The sites are left like: [login to view URL] without the FTP working. Since nothing has changed and it was working, this should be quick. We have a manual setup utility to use to test as well.
