Fix some few bugs on page

The webpage is a voting service. And have some small minor bugs to fix. • When people vote on a poll it should be unique by IP on each unique poll. When they vote now and just clear the cache, they can vote again. That’s not ok. I need each vote to be unique. • When they enter a unique poll for the first time they enter a name to vote with. That works ok. But if they go to a newly made poll with another id. The name sticks and they can’t vote fresh in the another poll. • When many people are voting on the same option at the same time, combined with the live counter (The counter on the option does refresh all the time to give a live response.) I often get an 503 error. It seems that the same Countfield in sql have problems updating when many are voting etc. I need the counter in the database on each option to work for up to 100 simultaneously votes and 100 different polls/pages at the same time without error and crash.
