Hi Freelancers, I need a Laravel expert to create a highly secure CMS for me that will not be vulnerable to any sort of XSS, CSRF, SQL Injections or SPAM. This (complete) CMS must be built with Laravel 5.2 and all of its features have very basic functions. I have an Admin Panel and Front-end theme that use latest technologies that this must be integrated with. *I plan on creating Mobile Apps for iOS and Android for this CMS and some of the features will require API functionalities (E.g., user registration/log-in, etc) but I do not need such API for admin functions. I will always control it from web back-end. Here is the list of features (quite a few; but don't worry - all are well documented and very simple) ...
